Lakshman has rich experience of over 30 years in the corporate sector & established veteran in the IT industry, Logistics Industry. He had rich hands-on exposure in IT and Communications. He had contributed extensively to the growth of ACS by successfully handling the Smart City and OTT projects.
Lakshman is involved in Corporate Planning and Risk management and contributed to the company’s rapid growth in turnover and profitability. He is a Promoter for an IT/ITES Company engaged in IT Infrastructure Management, Security Solutions and OTT Services. He has varied exposure in Pharma & E-commerce industry. He is quality conscious, a successful project executor and a NQA quality auditor.

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING SERVICES(INNOVATION)
He is an Industrial Engineer with specialization in Project Management in developing mobile communication infrastructure projects, at the Polytechnic University of Catalunya – Spain.
Jorge has 35 years of experience in operational and commercial areas in international companies over Spain, and South America. He was responsible for managing, end to end infrastructure project leading under high pressure environments. He is well versed with dealing with delivery teams with empathy, collaborating with clear communication, for more than 3,500 cell stations in Peru. His experience also includes managing multidisciplinary teams related to geographic searching, law, architecture, industrial design, civil and mechanical engineering, AC and DC electrical system, air conditioning, fiber optics etc.

He is a renowned professional with over 31 years of corporate experience in the Plasma industry. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with Master of Business Studies completed at Nova Southeastern University. During Rob’s experience at CSL he has delivered multiple Donor Management System implementations and has been responsible for the technical execution of more than 200 plasma collection facilities. He has spent most of career in Plasma Therapeutic vertical with experience in Plasma Center Operations, Center design optimization, Information Technology Support, Management and Executive Leadership.
